So here's the little elevator pitch on getting yoga privates, whether 1:1 or small group or in your workplace:

Do you want to include yoga as part of your lifestyle but don’t know how to get started? Or even simply more mindfulness on your breathing, and more stretches for your body's happiness? Are you searching for the best fit for your home practice, but don’t like the online yoga studio videos during these pandemic times? Do you feel you’ve reached a plateau in your personal practice and need some additional guidance to move forward? Are you now working through a specific injury, repetitive stress, anxiety, or trauma that yoga and breathwork may be supportive for a more successful recovery? Do you want to bring yoga to your workplace or residence building at regular times?


Wellness with Jess offers yoga sessions in the Boulder, Broomfield, and Denver areas of Colorado as well as online to anyone in the world.


Having private yoga sessions in an on-going sense will help you meet your own goals, physical and mental. Any age and fitness level can begin: these personalized sessions will help you get started, develop a greeter understanding of yoga, consciousness, breath, and mindfulness, and begin to affect your health in optimized ways (better health, lower stress, losing weight, lower anxiety, connection to felt sense and breathing). Your session will occur at your own time, whether in Jess’s studio in Broomfield, or within your home or office. Jess offers semi-privates (2-5 people) and workplace yoga sessions as well.


Students book private yoga instruction for many intentions, including:

  • Grasping the basics of yoga (4+ sessions recommended)

  • Developing confidence to practice in group settings

  • Developing their own home yoga practice

  • Deepening a connection to their breath, mindfulness

  • Tailoring their practice to benefit a sport or profession outside of the studio, such as improving golf swing or complementing triathlon training

  • Learning to modify a practice while healing from injury

  • Learning breath practices to employ for specific needs, like clarity or help with stress

  • Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain

  • Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space from a private yoga instructor

  • Deepening a meditation practice

  • Exploring individual postures, whether you need special attention to master a challenging pose like headstand or perfect form in a fundamental pose like warrior

  • Exploring yogic philosophy or unfamiliar styles of yoga

  • Learning a myriad of other yoga practices that may benefit their life



Honestly, you're never too old, and it's never too late to start. The more you expose yourself to new experiences, the more neural pathways are created in your mind. Think of it like a glistening, untouched hill of snow that you're sledding down: you can pave a new path with a new thought or experience, or you can continue to keep carving in the same route again and again by doing the same things.
