Service Description

This length session is recommended for those wishing to focus on a targeted area of the body while still receiving a full body scan, and are already accustomed to working with Jess. The session length includes about 15 minutes of consultation and coaching time for your individual health and lifestyle needs, so plan for 1.25 hours total time.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full session rate. If you anticipate missing the scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason — including but not limited to illness, injury, a sick child, traffic, weather conditions without a severe weather warning, job-related conflicts, and family emergencies — please contact Jess immediately.
