Service Description

This session is designed specifically for the first-time receiver with Jess. You'll receive the standard length session, 90 mins, and get a sense of what Thai Bodywork with Jess is all about. The session length includes about 30 minutes of consultation and coaching time for your individual health and lifestyle needs, so please plan for 2 hours of time for the full session.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full session rate. If you anticipate missing the scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason — including but not limited to illness, injury, a sick child, traffic, weather conditions without a severe weather warning, job-related conflicts, and family emergencies — please contact Jess immediately.
